Arden uses AI-generated character voices to read stories. We do not collect or store your voice recordings. All text-to-speech processing is performed locally on your device using on-device AI models.

Camera & Photos

With your permission, we access your camera and photo library to:

Capture images of book pages for text recognition (OCR)
Import existing photos of book pages

Images are processed locally on your device for text extraction and are not uploaded to external servers unless you choose to save them to your library.

Usage Data

We collect usage statistics to improve our app and measure marketing effectiveness, including:

App performance metrics
Feature usage patterns (e.g., voice previews, story playback)
Session data (app opens, duration)
Error logs (without personal identifiers)
