SEMAG Studio, Eodin ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Kids Cafe mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our app.

Kids Cafe is designed for a general audience but may be used by children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Korean Personal Information Protection Act (KPIPA), and other applicable privacy laws regarding children's data.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Authentication Data

We use Firebase Authentication to provide sign-in functionality:

• Anonymous Authentication: A unique anonymous identifier is generated. No personal information is collected.
• Google Sign-In: Display name, email address, and profile photo URL provided by Google.
• Apple Sign-In: Display name and email address (if shared) provided by Apple.

2.2 Game Data

We store your game progress in Cloud Firestore:

• Game save data (in-game currency, level, owned zones, equipment, settings)
• User profile (display name, selected character variant)
• Timestamps (account creation, last save)

2.3 Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements:

• AdMob may collect device identifiers and ad interaction data.
• We have enabled child-directed treatment (COPPA) and set maximum ad content rating to General (G).

2.4 In-App Purchase Data

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions:

• RevenueCat processes purchase receipts and subscription status.
• We do not directly collect or store payment information (handled by Apple App Store / Google Play Store).

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Save and restore your game progress across devices
• Provide account authentication and cloud sync
• Display relevant advertisements
• Process in-app purchases and manage subscription status
• Improve app performance and fix bugs

4. Children's Privacy

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 14 in Korea) without parental consent.
• Anonymous play does not require any personal information.
• Social sign-in (Google/Apple) is optional and gated behind Parental Controls with a PIN.
• Advertisements shown comply with child-directed content restrictions.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Google (Firebase, AdMob): Authentication, data storage, and advertising services.
• Apple / Google Play: In-app purchase processing.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management.

All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Retention

• Game save data is retained as long as your account exists.
• You may delete your cloud data by logging out and requesting deletion.
• Anonymous account data may be automatically cleaned up after extended inactivity.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including:

• Firebase Security Rules to restrict data access
• Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
• Secure authentication tokens

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
