Nesty Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Eodin Studio ("Eodin Studio", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Nesty app and related services (the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using Nesty, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use Nesty

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. Nesty is for adults to track a child's care; it is not intended for use by children. By creating a child profile you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you are authorized by them to record the child's information.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Sign-in is provided through Google or Apple (Firebase Authentication). Your relationship with those providers is governed by their terms.
Each person needs their own account. Sharing a single login is not permitted; to share a child's data, use the in-app caregiver invite.
Notify us promptly at official@eodin.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Caregivers and sharing

As the profile owner, you may invite additional caregivers to your family. Accepting an invitation gives that caregiver access to every child you own, including children you add later. You control who has access and can revoke it at any time; removing a caregiver ends their access to all of your children.
Free accounts include one caregiver (the owner). Adding a second caregiver requires a Nesty Pro subscription (which supports up to five invited caregivers in addition to you).
Caregivers can view and add care logs for the children shared with them. You are responsible for who you invite. Only invite people you trust with the child's information.

4. The Service, and what it is not

Nesty helps you record and review feeding, sleep, diaper, and growth information, and provides features such as WHO-based growth charts and sleep-prediction reminders.

Nesty is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice. Growth percentiles, wake-window predictions, and any guidance in the app are informational estimates based on general references (such as WHO Child Growth Standards and typical age-based wake windows) — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for decisions about your child's health. Never disregard or delay professional advice because of something in Nesty. Reports you export are summaries to share with a clinician, not a clinical record.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Nesty is ad-free on every tier and is monetized only through optional subscriptions.

Free tier. Logging and sleep-prediction notifications are free forever — the app never becomes unusable ("bricked"). The Free tier includes one child profile, one caregiver (you), and viewing the last 7 days of history. Growth charts are free on every tier.
Nesty Pro. A subscription unlocks unlimited history, PDF and CSV export, watch support, up to five child profiles, and up to five invited caregivers in addition to you. Plans and prices are shown in the app at purchase (for example, monthly and annual options, and any limited early-bird pricing). Prices may vary by region and may change over time; changes do not affect a subscription period you have already paid for.
Free trial. A 7-day free trial may be offered as an introductory offer through the app store. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price. At any time, expiry simply returns you to the usable Free tier.
Billing and auto-renewal. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are charged through your app-store account. Manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your app-store account settings.
Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by the app stores under their policies. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Restore purchases. You can restore an existing subscription from Settings.

Your statutory rights (including any applicable withdrawal or cooling-off rights) are not affected by this section where they apply.

6. Your content and data

You own your data. You retain your rights to the information you record in Nesty ("Your Content").
You grant us a limited license to host, process, sync, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you and the caregivers you invite, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content and for having the right to record a child's information.
You can export Your Content (CSV or PDF, with Nesty Pro) and delete it from within the app. Deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service unlawfully, or to record information about a child without the right to do so.
Share your login, or attempt to access data for children you have not been given access to.
Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security (including row-level access controls), except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Use the Service to build a competing product, or scrape or extract data other than your own.
Upload malware or content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design system, brand, logos, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Eodin Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. "Nesty" and "Eodin Studio", and related marks, are ours.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties (Google, Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, and the app stores). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions, percentiles, or reminders will be accurate or timely. As stated in Section 4, Nesty is not a medical service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eodin Studio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eodin Studio from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party (including a child whose data you record without authorization).

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content license grants already exercised, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive.

14. Changes to the Service and to these Terms

We may modify the Service and update these Terms. When changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Eodin Studio's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing here deprives you of the protection of mandatory local law.
