Tablify Web: Refund Policy
- Service: Tablify Web
- Operator: Eodin.app
- Contact: official@eodin.app
This policy covers page packs bought for Tablify Web. See also the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1. The Short Version
- Page packs are sold by Polar, our merchant of record. Refunds are paid back through Polar, to the card or payment method you used.
- Within 14 days of buying, if you have not used any page of the pack, you get a full refund.
- After you have used pages, a refund is partial or not given, at Eodin's discretion (§3).
- To ask: e-mail official@eodin.app with your purchase e-mail and the order id.
- Packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription to cancel.
2. Full Refund Within 14 Days
You get a full refund if both are true:
- You ask within 14 days of the purchase date; and
- No page of that pack has been used.
We approve these requests without asking for a reason.
3. After You Have Used Pages
If you have used some of the pack, or more than 14 days have passed, we decide case by case, at Eodin's discretion. We may give a partial refund in proportion to the unused pages, or no refund. We look at things like:
- the service not working as described, or repeated errors on our side;
- how much of the pack is used;
- whether you were charged twice or by mistake.
If the service failed and we could not give you what you paid for, we will refund the affected part, or fix the problem, whichever you prefer.
Pages left at the end of the 12-month validity period expire and are not refunded.
4. How to Ask
E-mail official@eodin.app and include:
- the e-mail address you used to buy;
- the order id (it is on the receipt or invoice that Polar e-mailed you. Polar's receipt e-mail has a link to your order, and the order id is shown there too);
- the reason, if you want to give one (optional for the 14-day full refund).
Please do not send card numbers. We will never ask for them.
We answer within a few business days. Replies may be written by an AI agent overseen by people at Eodin.
5. How the Money Comes Back
- Refunds are issued through Polar, so the money returns by the same method you paid with.
- Polar and your bank decide how long it takes to show on your statement. This is usually several business days, sometimes longer.
- Once a refund is issued, the pages from that order are removed from your balance. Your purchase code keeps working for any pages that remain from other orders.
- Taxes that Polar collected on the sale are refunded with the sale, as Polar handles them.
- You can also contact Polar about the payment. Polar may have its own rules for payment disputes.
Please contact us before you open a payment dispute with your bank, so we can help faster.
6. EU and UK Customers: 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Page packs are digital content that is delivered right away. By using any page of a pack, you agree that the service starts at once, and you lose the right of withdrawal for the pages already used (as the law allows for digital content once delivery has begun with your consent). Pages you have not used stay within the 14 days: you can still withdraw and get them refunded. At checkout, Polar asks for your consent to the immediate start where the law requires it.
In practice this matches §2 and §3: an unused pack is refunded in full within 14 days, and used pages are not covered by the withdrawal right.
This section does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The new version applies to purchases made after it is published, and we change the "Last Updated" date above.
