Tablify Web: Terms of Service
- Service: Tablify Web, the web version of Tablify (scan to spreadsheet)
- Operator: Eodin.app ("Eodin", "we", "us")
- Contact: official@eodin.app
By using Tablify Web you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy; refunds are described in the Refund Policy.
1. The Short Version
- Tablify Web turns a photo, image or PDF of a table into a spreadsheet (.xlsx or .csv).
- There is no account and no sign-in. If you buy a page pack, your purchase code is the only key. Keep it.
- Payments are handled by Polar, who sells the pages to you. We never see your card details.
- We do not store your documents or your tables.
- The AI can make mistakes. Check the result before you rely on it.
- Use it for your own documents and for lawful purposes only.
2. The Service
Tablify Web lets you upload an image or a PDF. We send the pages to an AI model, which returns the rows and columns of the table. You can look at the result in your browser, edit cells, and download it as .xlsx or .csv.
Every day, a limited number of pages can be read and downloaded for free. Above that, the file is still read and shown to you as a preview, and downloading the extra pages needs a page pack (§4). The current free amount and the current packs are shown on the website. We may change them for the future. A change never reduces pages you have already bought.
We may change, pause or end any part of the service. We may also limit use to keep the service available and affordable for everyone, or to stop abuse.
3. Who Sells the Pages: Polar
Page packs are sold by Polar (polar.sh), our merchant of record. This means:
- Polar is the seller of record to you. Your purchase is a contract with Polar for the sale, and with us for the use of the service.
- Polar takes your payment, handles sales tax, VAT and similar taxes, and sends you the invoice or receipt.
- Your card and payment details go to Polar and its payment partners. Eodin never sees or stores your card details.
- Polar's own terms and privacy policy apply to the purchase. Please read them at checkout.
4. Page Packs
- A page pack gives you a number of pages that you can download above the free daily amount. Pages are taken from your pack when you download a result.
- One page of a document uses one page of a pack.
- A pack is valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Pages left after that expire and cannot be refunded or carried over.
- Packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews by itself.
- Packs are for the person who bought them. Please do not resell them or publish your purchase code.
- If a page fails because of an error on our side, it is not counted against your pack.
5. No Account: Your Purchase Code
Tablify Web has no accounts. After you pay, Polar sends you back to our site, which shows your purchase code once on the thank-you page. Save it right away. If you reload that page, the code is shown again for one hour only. To use your pages you enter the code; the site asks for the code only, not for your e-mail address. If you buy again, you get a new code; all your codes share one balance of pages.
- The code is the only key to your pages. Keep it private. Anyone who has the code can use your remaining pages. We cannot tell the difference between you and someone using your code.
- Your browser keeps the code in its local storage (
tablify.code) so you do not have to type it each time. It stays there until you clear your browser data, so on a shared computer clear it when you are done. - We store only a one-way hash of your code and of your purchase e-mail address (see the Privacy Policy). Because of this, we cannot read the code back to you. If you lose the code, write to us with your order id (see the Refund Policy for how to find it) and we will try to help. We cannot promise to restore lost pages if we cannot confirm that you are the buyer.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tablify Web only:
- with documents that are your own, or that you have the right to process;
- for lawful purposes.
You agree not to:
- upload unlawful content, or content that infringes other people's rights;
- upload material that sexually exploits children, or that is meant to harm or threaten anyone;
- upload other people's personal or confidential information unless you are entitled to process it;
- attack, overload, probe or bypass the limits or the security of the service, including by automated means or by using many identities to avoid the free limit;
- use the service to build a competing service, or resell access to it.
We may refuse or stop requests, and block abuse, without notice.
7. Your Documents; We Do Not Store Them
- We do not keep your images, PDFs or tables on our servers. Pages are processed in memory and discarded once the result is returned to your browser.
- The page images pass through our processing service on Google Cloud and the Gemini AI model on Google Cloud Vertex AI. The Privacy Policy explains this, including how Google handles inputs.
- Because we keep nothing, we cannot recover a table you did not download. Download what you need.
- You keep all rights in your documents and in the tables made from them. You give us only the permission needed to process them to give you the result.
- Tablify Web does not use your documents to train AI models.
8. AI Output Can Be Wrong
The tables are produced by AI. They may contain errors: a missing row, a wrong number, a merged or split cell, a misread character. You are responsible for checking the result before you use it, especially for accounting, tax, legal, medical or other decisions that matter. Tablify Web is a convenience tool. It is not professional advice.
9. Our Rights in the Service
The Tablify name, the website, its software and design belong to Eodin or its licensors. You may use the service as these Terms allow. You get no other rights.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or fit for a particular purpose, and no promise about the accuracy of the AI output.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows:
- Eodin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or loss of business that arises from using, or not being able to use, Tablify Web, or from errors in the AI output.
- Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for page packs in the 12 months before the claim.
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.
12. Suspension and Ending
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using Tablify Web at any time; there is nothing to close because there is no account. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last Updated" date and publish the new version on this page before it applies. A change applies to your use after it is published; it does not change what you have already bought.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are for the competent courts of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, or to rely on the consumer protection rules of that country.
15. Who Runs Tablify
Tablify is built and run by Eodin's AI team: AI agents, overseen by people at Eodin. Replies to your e-mails may be written by an AI agent.
